Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders

All items that are labeled as "Pre orders" are not in hand, therefore we are still awaiting for the items to arrive from the companies. We have no control over when companies decide to ship out these items. For any updates on items you have on pre order please feel free to contact us. We will give you the latest updates that we receive from the companies. If you order an item that is in stock with a pre order item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock. To receive things faster, place separate orders for in stock, and pre order items.

 

Pre order Cancellation

There is a 24 hour period from when you place your order that you can receive a refund, on your order with a 20% fee. After the 24 hour period you may not cancel or get a refund on your order. 

ALL sales are final after the 24 hour period.
